We offer a 30-day return policy for peace of mind.

• Item must be in the same condition as sent (unused, or unopened)
• Include original box, packaging and accessories.

Return postage: The buyer is responsible for return costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Processing time: Returns are usually processed within 48 hours once received.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, you’ll need to return the item once received.

If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking/admin fee.

All items come with a 12-month seller warranty (unless otherwise stated). Only Brand-New condition items come with Manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years.

Our warranty process works as follows:

• Within 30 days — you can return the item if it’s still in the same condition as sent.
• If the item develops a fault after 30 days, we will repair it under warranty.
• If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of equal value.
• If neither is possible, a refund will be issued.

All Used/Refurbished devices go through a comprehensive multi-point quality check to ensure full functionality.

Return postage: The buyer is responsible for sending the item back using a tracked method.

Please note: Damage caused by drops, water exposure, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

For security and fraud prevention, all devices are sold with their IMEI and serial numbers recorded.

If a returned device does not match our records, we will not accept responsibility and reserve the right to blacklist the device and report it.
