Refund policy

  • We offer a 30-days return policy (Item must be in the same new condition as sent)
  • Return postage is at the responsibility of Buyer (please ensure tracked, as we do not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged).
  • Returns are usually processed within 48hours once your item is back with us.

 

Cancellations / Non faulty returns

If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase

  • Product must be unused and in the new condition sent or the same condition supplied to you
  • Complete with original box and packaging and any accessories and free gifts offered with it.
