Terms of service

  • All our items come with 12-months warranty (unless specified different on listing)
  • At Low Price Phones we carry out a 50-point check on our items, naturally with electrical items there are rare instances where customers may be unhappy with the product if this is the case – please contact us before leaving any negative review, to give us a chance to rectify
  • If you do not like the item or change your mind, please contact us within 14-days for a full refund (Item must be in the same new condition as sent. Customer is liable for return postage cost and we advise using tracked service, as we do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged whilst being returned).
  • Please note any damage caused due to accidental, neglect, misuse, any alteration/repair carried out without approval will void any warranty with us.
  • Items may have manufacturer warranty, but we cannot guarantee as items may have been activated upon purchase, despite the item being brand new.
  • All our devices have the IMEI & serial number recorded to prevent any fraud or customers from swapping items(please note if IMEI/serial number does not match we will not accept responsibility, as it won’t be ours, and we have the legal right to Blacklist the item).
