Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault:

The RA-S180DBT is covered by an industry-leading 3-year warranty, protecting the unit against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a covered fault develops within this period, Road Angel will, at its discretion, either repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or refund the amount originally paid.
If the exact product or a component is no longer available, it may be replaced with a similar product of equivalent function. Any unit that has been repaired or replaced under warranty continues to be covered for either 90 days from the date of that repair or replacement, or the remainder of the original 3-year warranty period — whichever is longer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs, and it's provided in addition to, and doesn't affect, your standard statutory consumer rights.
For security and fraud prevention, all devices are sold with their IMEI and serial numbers recorded.
