Powered by a next-generation HiSilicon Hi3516C processor and a Sony IMX335 high-speed, low-power CMOS sensor, the Halo Drive 2 supports up to a 128GB Class 10 Micro SD card (16GB minimum recommended). In addition to this, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, as set out in Road Angel's Conditions of Sale. Cancellations are only accepted by phone, email, or post, and returns must be sent back using a traceable postal service with adequate insurance, as Road Angel cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit that weren't sent this way.
All returned items must include the original packaging and all accessories supplied at the point of sale. If an item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, Road Angel reserves the right to charge for those items or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. This returns policy is separate from, and does not affect, your statutory legal right of cancellation described above.
The Halo Drive 2 is covered by an industry-leading 3-year warranty, protecting the device against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If the product develops a covered fault within this period, Road Angel will, at its discretion, either repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or refund the amount originally paid.
If the exact product or a component is no longer available, it may be replaced with a similar product of equivalent function. Any unit that has been repaired or replaced under warranty continues to be covered for either 90 days from the date of that repair or replacement, or the remainder of the original 3-year warranty period — whichever is longer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use, but does not cover damage however caused, including accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. It also only covers the specific fault originally reported — any additional issue discovered during a repair is treated as a separate, chargeable matter. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your standard statutory consumer rights.
For security and fraud prevention, all devices are sold with their IMEI and serial numbers recorded.
If a returned device does not match our records, we will not accept responsibility and reserve the right to blacklist the device and report it.
