The Kärcher VCH 4 UVClean is a hygienic mattress cleaner designed to deep-clean mattresses, sofas, cushions, and other textile surfaces, removing both visible and invisible dirt. It combines three cleaning technologies in one pass: a beater roller striking at 180 strokes per second loosens deeply embedded dirt, dust mites, and their droppings from mattress fibres; a powerful 500W motor then vacuums up the loosened particles; and an integrated UV-C light neutralises surfaces, eliminating up to 99.9% of bacteria and mites without the use of chemicals. The UV-C function can be switched off if not needed.
Hot air dehumidification at around 65°C creates a dry microclimate on the mattress surface that's inhospitable to dust mites and mould, helping protect against allergy-triggering allergens. Dirt is collected via a 2-chamber container system using cyclone technology, which separates coarse dirt from fine dust to keep suction power consistent and reduce filter clogging.
The device has a compact, ergonomic design weighing 2.1kg, making it easy to manoeuvre for extended cleaning sessions and simple to store away afterwards.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault:

Faulty Items
- Within 30 days of delivery: You may return the item for a repair, replacement, or refund
- After 30 days:
- We will first attempt a repair
- If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of equal value
- If neither is possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion
What the Warranty Covers

Refurbished / Used Devices – Important Information
All refurbished and used devices:
- Undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection and testing process
- Are fully functional at the point of sale
Performance Expectation Notice
Older models will not perform the same as newer devices.
It is normal for refurbished/used phones to:
- Require charging once or multiple times daily, depending on usage
- Have lower performance compared to newer-generation devices
Battery and performance comparisons with brand-new or latest devices are not valid.

Batteries are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing faults only
This does NOT cover:
- Battery degradation over time
- Reduced battery health
- Normal wear and usage

- Devices are tested and supplied with 85–90% battery health (unless otherwise stated)
- Battery performance will vary depending on:
- Usage habits
- App activity
- Device settings
