Q
Do I own the phone once my rental period ends?
No. All rental phones remain the property of Low Price Phones. When your rental agreement finishes, you can either:
- Upgrade to a newer model,
- Extend your rental for another term (12 or 24 months), or
- Simply return the phone and close your agreement.
Q
Can I buy the rented phone at the end of my plan?
We don’t sell our rental phones because we want to keep them in use for as long as possible, reducing e-waste and helping the environment. If you’d prefer to own a device instead of renting, you can explore our wide collection of brand-new and refurbished phones available to purchase directly on our store.
Q
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your device goes missing or is stolen, please contact our support team right away so we can secure your data.
- You’ll be charged for the remaining months on your rental plus the current market value of the phone.
- If you recover the phone within 7 days of reporting it, let us know immediately and we’ll reinstate your rental plan without extra charges.
Q
What if my phone gets damaged?
Accidental damage isn’t covered by your rental. In this case, we’ll need to collect a payment equal to the outstanding rental period and the current retail value of the device.
- Technical issues caused by faults (not accidental damage) are covered under our warranty.
- To make a warranty claim, simply log into your account, request a return, and use the prepaid QR code we’ll send you to post the phone back.
- Once received, we’ll either send you a replacement (if available) or cancel your rental agreement at no extra cost.
